See this Schengen 90/180 rule calculation:
30/October/2013 minus 180 days gets you to 03/May/2013. How many days within this time range have you spent in the Schengen zone?
85 days between dates 07/Aug/2013 and 30/October/2013 and
16 days between dates 30/June/2013 and 15/July/2013. That adds up to the total of
101 days. You have overstayed your visa by
11 days.
If you look at today's date 23/01/2014 ... today's date minus 180 days gets you to 27/July/2013. How many days within this time range have you spent in the Schengen zone? 85 days between 07/Aug/2013 to 30/October/2013. So, as of today, you can already go back to Poland, however for only 5 days. These 5 days increase by 1 day from now on.
On April 30, you will be able to come back to Poland for another full 90 days.
