I have a friend of mine who has overstayed her stay in Frankfurt Germany, I am not familiar with traveling visas. I have a few questions. Will she need an attorney? Being she was hospitalized for surgery that caused her overstay because she had to use her air flight return money to pay hospital bill. Will they take that in consideration? |
