Post by: matsolarkurus on March 24, 2013, 06:38:58 pm
Hello Forum..
its kind of urgent..

I am an international student and I got the residence permit which expired in  31 December 2012. I got some problems in doing my theses. so that I insist to stay to finish my thesis then go home. and now I give up my thesis and planning go home on 26 march 2013. I came with service passport.

what are the consequences when I arrive in schippol? will my institution contacted by the Imigration in Schippol?
please help me..

what should I do to minimize the risk?

thank you

The answer is not definite. You may go easily through without anyone noticing (some officers just look at the photo and that is all), or you might be interrogated and get a fine. I assume you already went through the checks, so how did it go? And, sorry for not replying sooner.
