Title: Can i apply for schengen visa third time after overstaying last visit? Post by: Ranath on December 29, 2013, 03:01:14 pm Hi friends, i hold a valid US visa and expired german & swiss schengen visa. Due to personal reason i was overstayed in france for 5months excess after expiry of my swiss visa. But god's grace i landed back to my country without any overstay penalty&remarks in passport and also none of the immigration officer caught me. Now i am planing for swiss trip next month. Do this swiss emabassy will come to know that i overstayed last time? Please advice me, i hve applied to Belgium consulate yesterday!!!
