I have applied for Schengen Visa in May this year at Islamabad Pakistan but they have refused it; My arrival destination was Netherlands, so in response, i have lodged an appeal to Netherlands and they have responded me with a statement that the Greek embassy have denied your visa application and you need to contact them. In response, i have approached the Greek Embassy here in Pakistan and they have suggest me to lodge an appeal to Greek Court directly, now i don't know what to do next and how? Title: Re: Appeal to Greek Court Post by: danisara on July 20, 2016, 10:00:16 am Pursuant to article 15 of Law 3068/2002 you have a right to appeal your visa denial before a Greek administrative Court (the appeal may be submitted through a Greek Authority - embassy) within ninety days of the date on which you have been notified of your visa denial.
