Title: 180 Day Calculation Question Post by: jimm on September 07, 2016, 05:44:27 pm If I stay in Schengen for less than 90 days, leave Schengen just before my 180 days deadline is reached and then re-enter right after the 180 days can I then stay for another 90 days?
Let's say I enter January 1 and stay 60 days. I reenter May 15 and leave before 30 days. I have now stayed in Shenzen for less than 90 days in 180 days period. Do I have to wait 180 days to reenter to start the clock again. Or can I return to Schenzen say in July (a few weeks after the 180 day expiration) and stay for 90 days resetting the clock for another 180 days? Thanks!
