Title: During inter-Schengen border crossings , visa check Post by: alex257 on November 16, 2016, 02:12:12 pm Im about to fly from Italy to Germany , I have a visa of 90 days that is not expired yet , BUT I dont pass the 90 days in 180 rule .
I heard many travelers report that during inter-Schengen border crossings, officials don’t add up the passport stamp dates. Does anyone had or heard of a different experience ? Im afraied that they might enforce the 90/180 days rule on this journey. Passport controls are on the external border of the Schengen zone. The 90/180 rule is being enforced upon your departure from Schengen (for example a fee for overstaying), or by local authorities when you are unlucky (for example when you get into a traffic accident).
