In addition to that, as soon as inflation kicks in, US dollar will sink which will push the price of oil up. Everyone who has free money, buy oil now.

I wish I had bought more back then. ;D I do not think it will go over $100 this year, but it is sure bet it will go over next year. Dollar is on the slide, and it will fall further - just that alone is a great predictor of the oil apreciating.
