I am attaching schedule C, D, SE, 8829 to my federal 1040. Do I need to follow some order of attachments? Does it matter how attachments to 1040 are ordered? Thanks. When you look at the top of every schedule (any schedule other than 1040), there is attachment sequence number. For example Schedule C has attachment sequence number 9. Schedule SE has attachment sequence number 17. 17 is more than 9, so schedule SE should be attached after schedule C. Attach schedules in this order.
