2) What are the fees? 3) Can you re-enter the same country more than once? 4) How soon can I apply for the visa? I understand for many visas, one cannot apply until 90 days prior to travel. 5) Do I have to go anywhere in-person to apply for the visa or can it be done by mail? 6) I live in the US Virgin Island. What documentation do I need to provide to obtain the visa? 7) On an average, how long will it take to obtain the visa?
