Title: The visa 90/180 days rule. Can some Help me on this one?
Post by: Ninjad101 on October 20, 2011, 08:48:50 am
I understand if a person go's to Germany on Jan 1st and they have 90 days and must leave and can't re-enter till 180 Days or June 29Th. My question is what if you stay for 2 months or 60 days and then leave Germany and want to go back on June 15 and want to stay another 90 days, would the person need to exit on June 29Th and can come back the next day to stay 90 more days? So when do they re-start the calender on the 180 days?

Now I understand !!!
I called the German consulate and the said if a person go's on Jan 1 and only stays 2 months then gos back one month before the 180 days are up then just leave for one day like fly to England and then re-enter and the calender starts over so I could stay 90 more days. So she said you just need to show the stamps on my passport.
