I would like to know if I could still apply for schengen visa after overstaying up to 4 months. I traveled to one of the schengen states somewhere in 2009 and lost my passport after 10 days of staying. It took me 4 months to be able to get traveling certificate from my embassy as well as personal return ticket to my country. I am currently planing to travel to one of the schengen state for business and would like to know if I'll encounter any problems at the embassy because of my overstaying. Thank You. |
