Title: Can some one please help regarding my Visa status..URGENT Post by: prabat on January 20, 2012, 01:26:51 pm Hi all, i am living in Finland and when I applied for the student Visa extension after my first year, it got rejected then I appealed to the higher court. There the court also rejected my appeal. So, I applied once again freshly with new documents and this time they have given me Visa for one more year. But now my problem is, all this process took almost 1 year and I stayed in Finland without Visa for 1 year between these incidents. Could you please any one tell me does it lead to any problem. In case what I have to do.
