Title: Counting of days stayed in Schengen State Post by: Louie on January 24, 2012, 09:21:09 am Hello Everyone,
I have been issued Multi Entry Visa with a duration of stay of 45 days. I have been travelling to Europe and it's been twice I've been questioned because they say I overstayed, but after counting my days stayed, they will say oh you still have XX days on your next trip. These two people gave inconsistent counting of days, so I wonder if anyone of you can help me. First Entry: Sep 9, 2011 - Sep 24, 2011 Second Entry: Oct. 20, 2011 - Oct. 29, 2011 Third Entry: Nov. 27, 2011 - Dec. 3, 2011 (The officer said I have 28 days more) Fourth Entry: Jan. 15, 2012 - Jan. 21, 2011 (The office said I have 10 days more) I'm confused how really they count them, can you please help me?
