The good news is that you can file an appeal (see here for some details: Schengen visa appeal (http://www.euro-dollar-currency.com/schengen_visa_appeal.htm)). The bad news is that getting your appeal solved will probably take longer than how much time you have before your departure (?). You could also try applying for visa at some other embassy (filing an appeal would be the proper way, though).
