Title: Delivering technical services while holding a schengen visa Post by: Oscar on March 11, 2014, 05:14:29 pm Hi,
I am a consultant working for a company in a non EU country in Eastern Europe. My company (Company A) sells my time to another company (Company B) that has contracts with customers (Company C) within the EU. I am required to go onsite to deliver consulting services at company C, this can range from running meetings, providing advise and guidance through to the implementation, configuration or customisation of software. I hold a valid schengen visa. Company C (end customer) pays Company B for my time, in turn Company B pays Company A and I earn a salary from Company A. My salary is paid to me in my home country. Under this scenario am I breaking any rules regarding working under a schengen visa? if I am not breaking any rules are companies A, B or C? Thanks.
