Please kindly advise me regarding overstay schangen visa due to applied asylum in Sweden Stockholm but the case was not proceed than i came back to Pakistan volanterly as i got the visa from Italy consulate general in Karachi Pakistan for 07days validity of stay and Swedish migration said that we don't accept your asylum case to proceed in Sweden as you have Italian visa so there is Dublin law for this you have go to Italy and applied asylum there but i have problem in my country i only stay approx under 4 months of my 7 days visa that mean i overstay about 3 months and 23 days. Now i wist to apply the schangen visa again is there any possibility that i can get the schangen visa from another schangen country i.e before Italy now Switzerland France etc Please advise me as soon as possible Withe kind regards Nadeem |
