Title: permanent resident visa

hello,
i feel so confused on how to do.... i have a czech citizen fiance but he is staying now for work in germany, i have a schengen visa now issued by czech embassy but i am worrying now because we are planning to get marry in czech then apply for a permanent resident after, is it possible to come with him in germany with a permanent resident visa in czech if approve? please tell me what the proper ways to do because i want every thing is in legal...... thank you

It depends on the visa. If your visa was issued for all Schengen states (see the visa sticker - "issued for"), then you have no problem going to Germany. If the visa is limited to the Czech Republic only, then you can't go to Germany (legally; practically - there is no border control if you go by car).
