Title: Overstaying in France
Post by: Souzix on December 21, 2015, 12:54:37 am
Hello guys, I overstayed in France for long period. I should leave the 14-06-2012, but I left until 24-08-2013. The police did ask me if I can pay and I did pay the penalty, then they stamped on one page of my passport the date of my exit and from where I did exit, plus my name, the stamp was under the name of national police- interior minister, then they did stamp also on another page the exit date and name of airport. Am I banned from entering Europe if they stamp on my passport and I paid the fine? If so for how long I am banned?

A very similar question has been asked and already answered here:

Effect of previous ban on future travel (http://www.maxi-pedia.com/forum/index.php?topic=965.msg2614)

Previous denial of entry (http://www.maxi-pedia.com/forum/index.php?topic=950.msg2549#msg2549)

Cheers.
