After going through so many overstay cases, I thought to put my unique case forward for your valuable guidance.

I am an Indian Citizen with Oman Resident Visa. I will be visiting Europe with my family on 31days stay Multiple entry Tourist Visa. My earlier 2 Schengen visas had grace period of 15 days after planned travel dates.

Without realizing the possibility of not getting any grace period in visa, I booked my non-cancellable flight ticket with return date just a day after my earlier planned return date. To my surprise, we got our visa from German Embassy with start to end date of validity exactly matching to our earlier planned travel dates mentioned in visa application. Now I dont want to buy a new return ticket and spend additional 1400 Euros for all. My return connecting flight is from Amsterderm to Munich and then to my resident country Oman.

I have few queries as below:

i. Do I need to show return ticket before exiting Oman or on landing at Munich. Will there be any problem if they see my return ticket after visa expiry. In such case I can book additional fully cancellable return ticket and then cancel later.

ii. Will my immigration be at Amsterdam airport or at Munich Airport, the connecting flight is with same airlines.

iii. Do I need to pay any penalty and how much for just an overstay by few hours, my flight will leave from Amsterderm at 8.50 AM next day and then from Munich next day at 8PM. There would be 10 hrs layover.

iv. Can I apply for 1 day visa extension citing reason as late entry (will be starting 5 days after the date mentioned in Visa application). What is the procedure. Our last leg of 10 days will be at Amsterderm.

Thanking you in advance. Your valuable guidance will be highly appreciated.

Hello! I need advice..
I came to Spain for 1.25 months. Left to non-Schengen London for a few days, then returned. Then left to US for 2 weeks, and returned. And now I'd like to go from Barcelona to Antwerp Belgium, which would technically be at day 99 & leave Schengen from there at day 103.
Is this stupid?

My passport expires in another 10 months from now i.e, 08-Feb-2020. My employer has asked me to apply for 1 year Schengen Business Visa today i.e, 08-APR-2019 as I will be travelling multiple times to Europe this year on business. My passport is already stamped with a Schengen Visa (which is expired now) last year as I had traveled on a business trip for 2 weeks. Now, can I apply for a Schengen Business Visa for 1 year(assuming if visa stamped successfully today 08-APR-2019, the validity of the visa for 1 year would be 07-APR-2020. But my passport validity expires well before 08-APR-2020 ,i.e 08-Feb-2020) with my passport getting expired on 08-Feb-2020. Would the VISA validity be from 08-APR-2019 to 07-APR-2020 even though my passport gets expired on 08-Feb-2020?

Yes, it works but very slow as compared to paid marketing. Organic Traffic procedure is slow but it's longtime.

Hi! Question from an American citizen.  I entered Schengen (Spain) on Jan 13, 2019 and am leaving on Mar 28, 2019 (75 days).  I am in the process of getting married to a Spanish long term resident, so we are waiting for paperwork.  I want to re-enter the beginning of May 2019 for a few days just to sign our marriage license (5 days so 80 days total).  So this would still put me under the 90 days in the last 180 days requirement.  My question is, if I want to re-enter in July, am I able to do that starting July 13 (6 months from my previous entry on Jan 13) and stay my next 90 day stay? Or would I have to be out of Schengen from the date I leave in May for 90 days before my new 90 day stay is permitted?? Thank you!!

Hi everyone, greetings and thank you in advance for reading and any advices.

I am Australian living in France with an 1 year Long Stay (Visitor) Visa. The long stay visa expires in 10 days on the 21st of Feb 2019. But after that I need to go to Madrid and stay there for a few more weeks. If I leave France and go to London on the 21st of Feb, can I come back immediately to Schengen area (Madrid) on the 22nd of Feb to stay another 90 days?

Some extra information about my situation
I didn't extend my Long Stay Visa in France when there was still enough time to do so. This morning, something happened and I need to extend my stay by 6-8 weeks beyond 21st of Feb. I don't think the fact of my husband is German citizen will help with my situation, will it?

Does anyone know how I can stay legally stay a few more weeks?

Thank you!
