Multi entry visa - spouse of EU national - travelling alone

My wife holds a Shengen visa, good for multiple entry for six months.  She applied as a spouse of a EU citizen, and we have travelled with the visa together.  Is she permitted to travel without me?  There aere no signs of this on the visa.

In case she really has a Schengen visa, then yes.
