Hi guys! My schengen visa is denied and the only reason is "the information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable" but i already provided that i'm going for tourism for 10 Days - I don't totally understand the reason of refusal and i don't know what else i need to provide? I'm applying for France visa. How can make an appeal for this refusal reason. Help please. Thank you.

This is quite common reason for denying visa applications, some times even without real basis. See the following link for a list of documents which should be supplied with your visa application:

You submit the appeal in writing to the same embassy which issued the visa denial. The embassy either accepts the reasons provided in the appeal and issues a visa, or forwards the appeal to a higher office. See here for more details about appeal. There is also a sample Schengen visa appeal there in PDF:

It must be sent via ground mail (you need to have delivery confirmation). Never use email for official requests as email is not considered a secure and reliable communication.
