Help guys!

I passed all the docus I need to visit my sister this coming March 29  to JUne. Passed the docus last Feb 10 and I got the refusal result right away Sad

the reason are:

"your intention to leave the territory of the member states before the expiry of the visa could not be ascertained"

"“in our assessment as to whether the applicant has sufficient good ties to his home country to issue a visa we have put weight on the fact that applicant is young single and has no children. Furthermore, we have put emphasis on the fact that the applicant has neither documented to own property or having other financial commitments to his home country. Based on this we find that the applicant does not have sufficient ties to his home country to issue a visa.”"

I passed my COE (includes duration of leave, salary), Payslips for the last 4 months, Company ID, Birth certificate and my sister BC. Her invitation letter, UDI letter with Police stamp in Norway and her passport. every thing is completed! but I still get the refusal. Sad

My mom and my younger sister were able to visit my sister before. I haven't seen my sister in Norway for 9 yrs! That's the reason why she wants me to visit Norway and to meet her family too.

Do you think a BANK STATEMENT from my bank would be a good document for an appeal? What else should I include in appealing my travel? pls help me how to deal with this. i am not planning to stay more than 3 months in  Norway 'cause I have a job here in the PH! My gosh! T__T

It might be better to convince them that you are not single (I suppose you have a girl friend). Do you have any evidence that could support that?

Also providing evidence about your job and a membership in professional or community organizations might help too.

Hello steven! Imma girl and I don't have a boyfriend. :| I did include on my documents the Certification of Employment from my work but it's just offending that they even bother to check the stable status of my sister in Norway also, my stable work etc.

I am part of an Outreach Ministry in our community! Maybe that would help right?
Does the Life insurance could also be helpful for financial commitment here in my country?

Thanks in advance!

Ooops, sorry about that. Smiley Anything that is positive can help, those things that you mention, they surely won't hurt.
