Schengen Visa Applying In U.A.E (Dubai)

Hello I am citizen of Pakistan but i have permanent resident visa in U.A.E (Dubai) and i

am living in Dubai and now i am going to apply Germany (Schengen Visa) from Dubai while

filling form i am confused on two things


1.Residence in a country other than the country of current nationality        -    what

should i write in this section

2.Entry permit for the final country of destination, where applicable          -     

what should i write in this section, - after my Germany Schengen trip i am coming back to

U.A.E (Dubai)



and one last thing  2 Years Back i applied for Germany schengen visa and it was rejected

and after rejection of germany i applied in Italy schengen and i got the 15 days visa

from italy embassy but i did not go to italy or any schengen country i did not travel for

some problem so if i am applying again now so is it harmful for me because i did not

travel before ?
