Hello. I've been invited to rome from june 30-july 3. I have a multiple entry tourist schengen visa but it expires on july 3. Is it possible for me to still travel to rome or should i get a new visa? Because ive been reading post and blogs and to apply for a new visa the old one must expire first. I need help on figuring out what to do. Please!

The visa expiration date is the date by which you must leave the Schengen country for which the visa was issued. If your journey takes place between June 30th and July 3rd, and you visa also expires on July 3rd, then I do not see any reason why you would not be able to utilise your visa. Often visas are issued for short term stays such as conferences, etc.
