Hello, I am from Colombia and I don't need a VISA to enter the schengen zone.
I can stay in the Schengen zone up to 90 days.

I am taking an English course in Malta, but I want to visit relatives that I have in
Netherlands and Spain.

I want to know if there is any problem if I change my itinerary and I don't stay the 90 days
in Malta.

Do they track my trips?
Would they penalize me the next time I travel to Europe for not following my original itinerary?

If you don't need a VISA to enter the schengen zone, then you probably have not provided your itinerary to anyone, or have you? If you have not provided your itinerary to any one, then no one can punish you for not following your original itinerary. Smiley
