schengener Staaten Type C visa for single entry

HI,
with a Schengener Staaten Type C visa for single entry , can i enter Germany and during my valid visa period travel to Austria and come back to Germany ?

Yes, unless the visa is limited for Germany only. It needs to be issued for all Schengen states, see the "Valid for" line on your Schengen visa sticker.
