Applied for Appeal No Response from French Foreign Office

Hi,

I have applied for appeal after my visa refusal... my complete appeal letter is in French and reached to 11 January 2017 at Nantes France (address given on refusal letter ) through DHL.

Since then I wrote 3 email to them to have an update on it... But still, there is no single reply.

I need to fly on 10 February on short stay visa... Can you tell me what Can I do.

There is no phone number of above department, only fax and email is available through their website....

Can someone advice on it. How can I get update on it ....

I know it can take long but atleast how can I track it
