Hello, I am Russian national living in USA, can I somehow get SHENGEN to Germany? I ve got dependant visa in USA and Russian passport, have anyone experienced such situation? Huh

Here is what you need for the Schengen visa application. Contact your embassy, fill out the form, submit the form with appropriate fee and wait. The good news is that there are many other people like you, the bad news is that you probably have to apply at your home country.

I'd suggest going to Turkey or Ukraine and meeting there. It is easier for both of you to get to one of those countries.
