Could you translate into English? Not everyone can understand Indonesian.
SWOT is a model based on subjective judgements. It is only a sort of a way to look at strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in an organized way. If you want a model that helps to make the decision, you need to go to the next step, which is to give some values and weights to individual items in your SWOT matrix. The IFE matrix and EFE matrix models are an extension of the SWOT model that will help you in decision making. SWOT is not designed to make the decision, SWOT is only to aid in decision making by organizing findings into the four mentioned dimensions.

Hi there  Smiley
Very Nice Topic.
I have gone through your topic and I agree with your points that you have mentioned above.
I also have some points to add about SWOT analysis that may be helpful for others.
SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats.
The steps in the common three phase SWOT analysis process are:

Detect strategic issues
Determine the strategy
Implement and monitor strategy
