hi there...
thats my problem and sitiuation in detail:
i am a non EU student in poland (a country in the schengen zone) and i have a polish resident card which is an equel to a schengen visa..therefor, my resident card expires at the 21st of december of this year...and i have a flight to my home country at the 23rd of the same month (2 days after my resident card expiration date)...and i couldn't make my flight before the expiration date due to exams in university...my flight trip line is as the following:
(warsaw(poland) -to- paris(france)<<transit time in paris and from there to my home country)..what i want to know is:
1-are there any problems that i might face at the airport in warsaw before leaving poland due to overstaying even if it was for 2 days and due to exams and stuff...
2- would there by any problems that i might have as soon as i arrive to cdg airport in paris due to my schengen resident card problem...please consider that i am planing to get a new visa in my home country as soon as i've arrived there...
thanks a lot ..
