I'm trying to lodge an appeal with the "administrative regional tribunal of the lazio region" but i cannot find their address to send the appeal. I did try to contact the Italian embassy but they are not helpful as the visa section does not receive calls. They have a contracted service office where you submit your application but the service office does not have info on appeals. I've been searching online for more than a week for the administrative regional tribunal of the lazio region's address but i could not come up with anything!
Therefore could someone plz tell me what their address is? Thanks a mill!

If your application was denied, then the embassy should issue a letter stating the reason for the denial. Were you given such a letter? The letter should list the body to which the appeal should be submitted. (Sometimes, the appeal is submitted to the appealing body through the office that issued the denial.)

Yes i did get a letter stating the reason for the denial and at the end of the letter it said that i could appeal (within 60 days) to the Administrative Regional Tribunal of the Lazio Region. But the letter gave no address nor did it say how. Contacted them about it but they were not helpful.

Administrative Regional Tribunal of the Lazio Region is just a different name for a regional civil (administrative) court.

Italian term:

Code:
il T.A.R. del Lazio
 (T.A.R. = Tribunale Amminstrativo Regionale)

English translation:

Code:
Regional Court of Lazio

Pursuant to Art. 33.1 of the Italian Competition Act (Law 287/90), appeals against the visa decisions fall within the jurisdiction of the administrative courts, and they must be filed before the Regional Administrative Tribunal. I think the appeal can be submitted either to the Latina or to the Roma province court depending on your location. (The Lazio region is divided into five administrative provinces - Frosinone, Latina, Rieti, Rome, Viterbo.) Here is the address for the province court in Roma:

Code:
Tribunale Amministrativo Regionale Lazio
Via Flaminia 189
196 - Roma (RM)
tel 06328721

Hopefuly someone in Roma can help you.

Cheers.
