New blog: Rights of Applicants for Schengen Visas

A new blog by an Australian lawyer analyses EU law and concludes that:

i.applicants for a schengen visa have the right to be heard by the consular official before their visa is refused:
ii. applicants have the right to real reasons for refusal - not just the standard form refusal on the refusal notice; and
iii. have the right to their file.
