Hello!
I need some help on my situation.

I’m from Brazil and had I recently traveled around the UK and Europe.
Everything was OK until October 30th, when I left Poland and the Immigration Control officer told me that I had overstayed my Schengen visa and I could only come back to Poland after April (but I couldn’t find anything regarding that information on my passport and he didn’t speak English very well).

Here are the dates stamped on my passport:
53 days in LONDON (UK Region) – from 08/May/2013 to 30/June/2013
15 days in Barcelona & Paris (Schengen Region) – from 30/June/2013 to 15/July/2013
23 days in LONDON (UK Region) – from 16/July/2013 to 07/Aug/2013
84 days in Barcelona & Wroclaw (Schengen Region) – from 07/Aug/2013 to 30/October/2013

I’ve read the 90/180 days rule and I still don’t understand what made the Polish officer tell me that.
Can you please help me or connect me to an office that would be able to check the information?

I’ll be waiting for a respose.

Thank you!

İ am not entirely sure but 84+15 is 99 days. You can only stay 90 days . Even of your visa is valid , you cant enter again until 180 days pass.  Again not sure. How you considered talking to a travel agency? They will have a lot more information!

See this Schengen 90/180 rule calculation:

30/October/2013 minus 180 days gets you to 03/May/2013. How many days within this time range have you spent in the Schengen zone? 85 days between dates 07/Aug/2013 and 30/October/2013 and 16 days between dates 30/June/2013 and 15/July/2013. That adds up to the total of 101 days. You have overstayed your visa by 11 days.

If you look at today's date 23/01/2014 ... today's date minus 180 days gets you to 27/July/2013. How many days within this time range have you spent in the Schengen zone? 85 days between 07/Aug/2013 to 30/October/2013. So, as of today, you can already go back to Poland, however for only 5 days. These 5 days increase by 1 day from now on.

On April 30, you will be able to come back to Poland for another full 90 days.

Another pretty long thread on the 90/180 visa rule is here:

Problem applying 90/180 days rule... Help!

Cheers.

How about this situation?

i have a question and i think you can help me.

If i go to Europe (Schengen area) and stay for 45 days leaving this area on 45° day to Turkey and stay in Turkey for 90 days.
I want to be back to Schengen area on 136° day. May i stay for 135 days consecutives, that means 45 days from the first 180 days period + 90 days from the second 180 days period?

Is it possible?
thanks
