Overstaying in schengen area (please help)

Hi all,

i have a schengen visa valid till 7th of may 2015 (multiple , 30 days of stay) and i am going to italy 2nd of May ,
can i stay for 30 days ?? or i have to leave the schengen area in 7th may??

give these details:

visa validity to from date to to date

duration of stay

as mentioned in the visa
