If the visa is denied, then the decision can be appealed. Once the appeal is rejected too, I do not think any further appeal can be filed, the decision after an appeal is final.

It should say in the appeal decision letter whether it can be appealed any further. In any case, I think sjb talks about an appeal, but I think he means just any means of challenging the decision, a court in this case. sjb, considering that you do not speak German, I think your only option in this case would be to hire an international lawyer with the knowledge of both German and the court process too.

Thanks all. I did appeal the first rejection. The appeal was again rejected and i was informed that i can still appeal to the administrative court in Berlin. i intend to appeal this matter because the reason given for rejecting my application is that i presented fake documents. this is not true. all my documents are genuine and i have traveled to euro (Germany inclusive) with these same documents. I am embarrassed by the reason given. It only shows that the embassy officials just refuses  visa applications randomly. Problem is i dont speak a dot of German. Please recommend a very good international lawyer preferable Berlin based.

I must correct this wrong allegation albeit for record purposes
