Q.ABT ETATS SHENGEN VISA TYPE C NUMBER OF ENTRIES 1,can i travel to 2 countries

hi
Am lebanese i've got SHENGEN visa type C ETATS SHENGEN number of entries 1 from Greek embassy in U.A.E.
duration 20 days
am going to visit my family in Greece , my question is can i go to greece for a week than go by airplain to germany to visit my brother for one week by this type of SHENGEN VISA, this will consider 1 entry?
if no , i can do it by bus or train, please advice me as soon as possible .

The "Etats Schengen" means that it is good for travel in all Schengen states. If you travel by air directly from Greece to Germany, you won't leave the Schengen zone, so you will be good. If you traveled by car through Croatia, you would leave the Schengen zone temporarily, and in that case you would need multiple entry visa. See here for more info Etats Schengen.
