Definitely NOT, former Russian states entering NATO can cause the next cold war

I would not recomment them entering NATO now, perhaps later

I am ok with states further away from Russia to be part of NATO, but states close to Russia should stay neutral

Definitely YES, NATO is the only way to make the world secure

I do not know what NATO is
